The Kitchen Restaurant Group

The Kitchen Restaurant Group's latest concept, Hedge Row, is named after the farm where founders Hugo Matheson and Kimbal Musk first sourced ingredients for their initial restaurant that opened in 2004 in Boulder, Colorado. Hedge Row is a relaxed American Bistro featuring rustic dishes from our wood-fired oven. We’re dedicated to serving crave-able, real food sourced from responsible and local sources. Our sister concepts, Next Door  and The Kitchen  employ hundreds of people with mission-driven jobs. Each restaurant donates back to our sister non-profit, Big Green , which builds a healthier future for kids by connecting them to real food through a nationwide network of Learning Gardens and food literacy program.
